    By completing this form, you authorise NEXO Accounting to access your ATO pre-fill information solely for the purpose of preparing and lodging your income tax return. All information submitted through this form is treated confidentially, stored securely and used only for taxation and related compliance purposes.

    By submitting this form, I appoint NEXO Accounting as my Accountant and Tax Agent for the purpose of preparing and lodging my income tax return and, where required, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on my behalf.

    I authorise NEXO Accounting to access my ATO pre-filled information and confirm that the information and supporting documents provided by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

    Where receipts or supporting documentation are unavailable, I confirm that any expenses claimed have been genuinely incurred and are directly related to earning assessable income or business activities.

    I understand that my tax return will be prepared based on the information provided by me and I authorise NEXO Accounting to contact me regarding my tax matters and lodgement.
